Stress. I have not been to the gym and dance since I sprained my ankle. I've been wanting to but my ankle still hurts every once in a while. Most of the times when I wake up. Can someone tell me what to do?
I didn't know how did I actually pull through performing Chicago with it. Plus, I've been on a baking spree. Baking at least once every 10 days. All that yummy baked goods and no where to let it go, how?
